Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our team. As a Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for children ages 6 weeks to 4 years old while promoting their physical, emotional, and intellectual development. Responsibilities:
- Create and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate children's learning and development
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for children to explore and learn
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
- Ensure the health and safety of all children by following proper procedures for supervision, hygiene, and emergency situations
- Promote positive behavior management techniques to encourage appropriate behavior in children
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to create a cohesive learning environment
- Assist with daily tasks such as mealtime, naptime, diaper changes, and bathroom breaks
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
- Ability to get down on the ground to play and teach
- Willingness to learn and use hands-on learning and emotional control techniques
