Office Manager Job Duties:
Ensure that all administrative duties of the medical office are handled properly and efficiently, help maintain all policies and procedures for the practice, maintain HIPAA compliance for the practice and its employees/physicians. Duties will be answering phone calls when needed, creating and managing patient files, assisting the front desk staff, disciplining staff, helping patients feel comfortable and ensure their needs are met, deescalating patient confrontation, scheduling and confirming appointments when needed, calendar and work schedules if employees are late to work or absent and communicate freely with practice administrator and owner regarding the above.
