About the role :
As the Activities Apprentice you will assist in the management of the Flint Valley Challenge Course, and gain experience in other areas of New Life Ranch activities. You"ll gain experience in facilitation, teaching activity classes, course inspection and maintenance, staff recruitment, supervision, and training, as well as budgeting, planning, and team dynamics. You"ll be a part of the Guest Services team, seeing how camp ministry runs, and how activities are a vital part of the mission of New Life Ranch.
The objective of the Activities Apprenticeship is to allow you to experience and contribute to the full breadth and depth of the activities program area, providing you with knowledge, experience and tools to give you a foundation for further work in this field.
