About the role :
As the Hospitality Manager you will ensure clean, attractive spaces around camp helping to facilitate a distraction free environment where our guests and campers can encounter the living God, rest, fellowship, have fun, and find spiritual renewal. You will hire, train, and oversee a team of hourly and seasonal staff throughout the year to help clean and prepare for guest and camper arrival, and respond to needs that arise. All of this is done as a part of the Flint Valley Guest Services team, working closely with others to ensure a great experience for groups.
