Position Summary: Marketing Manager
The Marketing Manager supports the organization’s growth by planning, coordinating, and executing marketing and advertising initiatives. Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
The Marketing Manager will contribute to the assessment, creation, and execution of the company’s marketing plans. This role involves organizing and managing marketing efforts and fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams—especially customer experience and sales—to achieve maximum results. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, efficient, team-oriented, and skilled in multitasking.
Essential Job Functions:
- Assist in developing and managing marketing strategies and campaigns within budget constraints.
- Coordinate with external marketing agencies for the design and production of marketing materials, campaigns, and sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with customer experience and sales teams to brainstorm and develop innovative ideas.
- Help structure the marketing team to align with organizational objectives.
- Negotiate and manage advertising contracts to maximize exposure.
- Identify and explore potential new markets, creating strategies to enter and engage these markets effectively.
- Conduct market and competitor research to stay informed on trends and customer preferences.
- Develop and implement promotional campaigns that enhance product/service visibility.
- Establish pricing strategies to attract and retain target customers based on market insights.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns, monitor performance, and report analytics to leadership.
- Publish digital marketing content and manage social media and online profiles.
- Oversee and evaluate digital marketing efforts, including social media, email, SMS, and search engine campaigns, making updates as necessary.
- Ensure the accuracy and relevancy of website content.
- Coordinate community events and organize live or online product demos to engage with potential customers.
- Undertake special projects as assigned by the CEO.
Job Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum of two years of marketing experience preferred, with expertise in traditional and digital marketing and social media management. Experience as a marketing manager or similar role preferred. Familiarity with WordPress and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Strong leadership, organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
