Job Description:
- Work with our Enterprise and Technology organization to build/strengthen relationships with key stakeholders within our clients with the goal to become a thinking partner to the client.
- Through enhanced relationships identify and solve client challenges with Hays service offerings.
- Responsible for building and growing client relationships, understanding clients pain points, priorities and technical landscape to recommend solutions that add value to their business.
- Accountable for stakeholder engagement as per account plan and facilitation of introductions for new sales opportunities - core stakeholders; client sponsor, procurement director, HR director, C level (CIO/CPO/CFO).
- 3rd line/final escalation resolution for client.
- Develop strong relationships with client senior HR, procurement and other key stakeholders as well as all internal stakeholders.
- Leverage our market-leading position and deep sector expertise to deliver highly personalized and easily accessible services to clients
- Participate in Account planning process
- Participate in Business Reviews and Monthly demand meetings
- Assist with Strategic new client pursuits
- Engage and provide insight and expertise to senior key stakeholders.
- Involvement with Bids and Commercial teams in scoping and promoting new and expanded
- Excellent relationship management and strategic networking skills.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem solving and escalation management skills.
- Able to present with impact and to facilitate workshops effectively.
- Thought leadership on recruitment specific recruitment strategies for example ED&I, EVP.

- Responsible for identification of sales opportunities (spotting business or when clients come with an opportunity) to maximize revenue and profit through current business or introduction of new products.
