Accounting Specialist- Part-Time
The Accounting Specialist will complete all functions for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, banking & credit card reconciliations, bill paying, act as Human Resource / Payroll Liaison, provide administrative support for all office personnel, perform general office duties and other tasks, as assigned.

- Strong computer & time-management skills, excellent communication, people & trouble-shooting skills, be organized & detailed, responsible, honest, accountable, reliable, self-motivated and flexible plus able to work under pressure with a positive attitude.
- Strong mathematical & typing skills.
- Accounting experience of 4 years minimum.
- Follow written & verbal instructions
- Microsoft® Office experience & knowledge.
- QuickBooks experience & knowledge.
- Ability to work 4- 3.5 hour shifts from 8am to 11:30am, Monday - Thursday (14 hours total per week) with possible overtime, as needed.
- Willingness to take on other responsibilities and grow personally & professionally.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Technical schooling in similar area is preferred.
- Other duties as assigned &/or required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 14 per week
