Certification Details BLS State Licensure Job Details Express Care provides medical care for emergency medical conditions on an urgent basis without requiring an appointment. Conditions that can be treated include sprains and strains, skin rashes, cuts and lacerations, respiratory infections, eye injuries, and fractures. New London Hospital is equipped to treat signs of a stroke, chest pain, severe abdominal pain, profuse bleeding, head trauma, and loss of consciousness. Job Requirements 2 years LPN experience in Clinic Setting Pediatric experience required Urgent care experience required Experience with patients of all ages required Previous travel experience preferred Traveler must have their own vehicle. Schedule Information Requested time off during the course of this assignment must be noted and verified at upload. No more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted. Unit Specific Information NLH Express care is classified as Emergency Room B. Onsite radiology, lab, and ER available for support.
