Job Description
An athletic coach/activities advisor is responsible for leading, organizing, and supervising student-athletes in their respective sports.
Schedule Management
The ideal candidate will coordinate and plan all practices, including pre-season, in-season, and postseason activities. This includes creating schedules that accommodate multiple teams and ensuring efficient use of facilities and resources.
Leadership and Guidance
The coach will provide guidance, instruction, and support to student-athletes, promoting a positive team culture and encouraging individual growth and development. They will also be responsible for managing the overall direction and vision of each team, making key decisions on strategy and tactics.
Communication and Teamwork
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, able to effectively interact with students, parents, teachers, and administrators. They will work collaboratively with other coaches, staff, and community members to promote school spirit and engage the local community in athletic events.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Coaching experience at the high school level or higher
- Strong knowledge of rules and regulations governing interscholastic athletics

Salary and Benefits
