Varsity Football Team Leader

About the Role

This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Varsity Football team. The successful candidate will be a strong leader who can motivate and guide students to achieve their full potential.

Main Responsibilities

• Coaching and mentoring students in football techniques and strategies.
• Developing and implementing practice plans to ensure student athletes are prepared for competition.
• Maintaining a positive and safe learning environment.

Requirements

• Current district staff member preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and school staff.
