Current license as a LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Missouri.
Duties and Responsibilities for LPN Licensed Practical Nurse:
- Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in their activities of daily living.
- You encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep their spirits healthy.
- You create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
- Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
- Collect, track, and maintain patient history; record any new data
- Take vitals, including blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, etc.
- Take instruction from and report updates to registered nurse/overseeing physician
