What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clerk Specialist position at New Mexico Admin Office of the District Attorneys?
This position performs specialized clerical duties which may include but are not limited to data entry, records/file maintenance and storage, data retrieval; performs other clerical duties such as typing, filing, copying, etc.; prepares legal documents and correspondence; assists in trial preparation; performs data entry including Case Management System (CMS) entry and merge document production; transcribes; maintains calendars; prepares and maintains case files;
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED, plus two (2) years work experience in a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Three (3) years work experience and/or education in a related field.
Hours of Operation:
Monday through Friday 8-5
Hourly Rate:
$18/hr
