- Answer and transfer calls
- Verify and update patient demographics
- Verify and input insurance
- Data Entry
- Clerical Tasks/Filing
- Check and verify referrals and authorizations
- Coordinate multiple appointments
- Prepare and scan medical records
- Update system with appointment and notes
- Chart prep patient forms/records
- Review charts and schedule for completeness and accuracy
- Reschedule patients as needed
- Medical background helpful
- Fast learner a plus
- Must be reliable
- Must have good computer skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25,000.00 - $34,000.00 per year
