About the Role:
As a Houseparent Couple, you will be responsible for demonstrating and coaching residents through basic skills such as room organization, cleaning, work ethic, punctuality, recreational activities, manners, cooking, laundry and clothing care, time management, communication skills, relationship building, conflict resolution, financial management, etc.
Benefits:
- Starting salary: $43,000-$48,000/couple housing and meals
- Housing arrangements vary but generally consist of 2/3 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room, kitchen
- 10-4 Scheduling
- A max of 2 pets w/deposit
- SIGNING BONUS and RELOCATION ASSISTANCE PROVIDED
Qualifications:
- Two person's job requires you to be legally married for at least two years
- Abide by a smoke-free and alcohol-free campus
- Valid driver's licenses; ability to become certified to drive vehicles
- High school diploma or GED required
- Complete/Pass Physicals
- Both spouses must complete an individual employment application & assessment
Salary : $43,000 - $48,000
