Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner - Bone Health Specialist

CNP - Full Time for a practice delivering quality specialty care in osteoporosis and metabolic bone disease, and bone density testing. Ideal candidate will work alongside our physicians and CNP to provide quality osteoporosis treatment. Training to be provided with ISCD certification being required within 12 months of hire. Work days are M-F with the option to work 4x10 hour work weeks, if desired. Office hours: 8:00 am – 5 pm. Patient load 20 patients per day with no office call required. Licensure and malpractice insurance expenses maintained by the practice with a pre-defined annual budget for CME.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients with osteoporosis.
• Administer treatments including IV insertion and osteoporosis injections.
• Utilize EHR systems for accurate documentation and patient management.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain CPR certification and DEA License while adhering to safety protocols.
• Provide patient education on osteoporosis management and lifestyle modifications.
• Demonstrate leadership and time management skills in a clinical setting.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
