About This Opportunity
As a Manager of Human Resources at New Mexico Gas Company, you will lead and execute key talent and people initiatives that enhance employee experience, drive organizational effectiveness and provide HR solutions that support and optimize the operating objectives of the business. Leading a team of HR Generalists, you will be actively engaged in a number of HR areas including employee relations, organizational development, talent management, HRIS, compensation, and consulting with team members and business partners.

- Ensure an exceptional employee experience for team members across the state of New Mexico
- Recommend solutions and implement HR programs to support company strategy
- Build an organizational culture that supports company objectives
- Partner with and be a trusted advisor to management and employees in all aspects of HR
- Determine and recommend labor / employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation
- Lead and oversee investigations in areas of responsibility and violations invoking disciplinary action when required; anticipate and resolve potential litigation risks
- Lead communications for Company-wide rollout of HR initiatives, programs and projects
Successful Candidate Must Have :
Working Conditions
Normal office environment. Occasional field visits where travel is required. Field visits may require personal protective equipment including but not limited to, safety glasses, puncture resistance boots and hard hat, worn while performing the function. May be required to work overtime and weekends depending on business need.
Salary : $119,600 - $149,500
