- Provide strategic vision, executive leadership, and direction for the Student Services Division
- Chair the Student Success Committee and oversee the development, submission, and execution of the Strategic Enrollment Management Plan
- Advise the President on student services policies and strategic priorities
- Maintain the Vice President of Student Services budget and oversee other Student Services budgets
Requirements
- Master's Degree in student development, higher education, educational leadership, or a related field
- At least five years of progressively responsible post-secondary institutional experience, including at least five years supervising Student Services units
- Demonstrated effectiveness working with diverse student populations and a dedicated commitment to the academic development of all students
