Job Description
The Vice President for Student Services provides strategic leadership and direction for the Student Services Division, overseeing various student-related services and initiatives. This role ensures comprehensive support for all students, working collaboratively with deans, faculty, support staff, and Executive Cabinet members.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Student Services Division

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance student success and retention
- Utilize data-driven decision-making informed by understanding the NMJC community and culture
Requirements
- Masters Degree in student development, higher education, educational leadership, or a related field
- At least five years of progressively responsible post-secondary institutional experience, including at least five years supervising Student Services units
- Demonstrated effectiveness working with diverse student populations and a dedicated commitment to the academic development of all students and working knowledge of current and emerging technologies
