Fulfillment Driver- Full-Time
Monday through Friday 7:30am 4Pm - Pay Range $15-$17/hour- Half driving and half Wearhouse Work
Job Purpose:
The Fulfillment Driver ensures the timely, accurate, and safe transport of goods to and from numerous company locations as well as to our vendors, customers, and to special events. The nature of the position is cross-functional and works throughout the company and at all locations. The Fulfillment Driver works in collaboration with Purchasing, Business Development, Production, Inventory Control and under the direction of Director of Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintains an organized and accurate delivery and transfer system in coordination with business demands.
Actively utilizes the SAP and WMS systems for Inventory Management, FIFO, Batch, and Physical Counts.
Has responsibility for the pulling, processing, and delivery of sales orders to Pinon Coffee Houses.
Works in conjunction with Inventory Manager to review, troubleshoot, and maintain inventory accuracy.
Operates a hand-held scanning device to accurately track items through the transportation cycle.
Acts as primary Fulfillment Warehouse contact for inventory and receiving issues.
Maintains accurate documentation and confirmation of each delivery and pick up.
Present a professional image to clients and the public through appearance and interaction.
Maintains accurate vehicle logs and requests vehicle maintenance service whenever needed.
Operates company vehicles in a safe, courteous, and lawful manner at all times.
Responsible as a key holder and pro-actively works to protect both product and people.
Ensures company vehicles are always kept clean and presentable.
Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
Work Environment:
Job duties are performed in both a warehouse environment, as well operating a 26’ box truck in every type of weather condition. Job responsibilities may require travel between several worksite locations throughout the Albuquerque metro area. Conditions require a high tolerance for heat, cold, dust, and noise.
Physical Requirements:
The nature of the position is very physical and requires bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling items, and climbing in and out of vehicles throughout the day. Ability to lift 40lbs pounds, and manipulation of up to 800lbs throughout a shift is required. Good manual dexterity and visual acuity is required to use common office equipment, computers, mobile devices, copiers, scanners, etc. The ability to stand and walk throughout an entire shift is required.

A valid driver’s license and clean, insurable DMV record are essential.
Working knowledge and use of GMP’s and food safety principles.
Regular attendance and dependability are an essential function of this position.
Ability to make sound, logical decisions, and a strong detail orientation.
Forklift certification or ability to be certified within 90 days.
Bilingual ability, Spanish / English, is a plus.
