Hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm and weekends (Events) as necessary.

A look Into Somethings You'll Do:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute engaging campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media.
- Create compelling content for social media, newsletters, and our website to showcase our unique blends, café culture, and community stories.
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to shape innovative strategies that keep us ahead in the coffee industry.
- Help Organize events, pop-ups, and in-store promotions to deepen our connection with our local coffee-loving community.
- Manage influencer partnerships and foster relationships with brand ambassadors.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator, with experience in creating digital and print designs, branding, marketing materials and visual content.
What You Bring:
- 1-3 years of marketing experience, ideally in the food & beverage or lifestyle sector.
- A passion for coffee culture and the ability to translate that passion into compelling brand messaging.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills—you know how to craft a captivating story and engage diverse audiences.
- Experienced Photographer and videographer 3 years preferred. Food/Product is a plus!
- Ability to work and think independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience with Shopify is a plus!
- Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and content management tools.
- Ability to create engaging content for social media feeds - photo's, videos, storytelling, etc.
- A proactive, hands-on attitude and a love for team collaboration.
