What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at New Mexico School for the Blind and Visually Impaired?
The New Mexico School for the Blind and Visually Impaired Early Childhood Program is recruiting for a twelve (12) month, full-time Administrative Assistant. This individual is required to provide administrative and clerical support to the Early Childhood Program, to include human resource and business operations support. Responsible for coordinating activities with other departments at NMSBVI, schools and agencies that are served by the ECP. Will review incoming reports and other data and sets priorities to expedite workflow. Is responsible for maintaining multiple files and databases and typing of routine and confidential correspondence. Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or four to six years related experience and/or training. Applications accepted until filled.
