We are urgently looking for a L2 Help Desk Support Technician for our client in Miami, FL.
Title: Help Desk / Desktop Support Technician
Location: Miami, FL
Hourly: $30 - $35 per hour
Duration: Long Term
Must Have:
Should have at least 5-7 years of experience with the following:
- Hands-on experience with MS Intune
- Experience with Mobile configuration using MDM
- Expertise providing white glove service
- Imaging, configuring and Break-fix laptop, desktop, tablets and associated hardware peripherals
- IMAC support including large scale/bulk office moves/re-stack activities (all moves)
- Support for Operating System, base load software, MS Office suite and other business application
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Office 365
- Support for the Mobility devices (IOS/iPhone/IPads)
