- Provide System Administration and Help Desk Support
- Manage telecommunications systems, MPLS network
- Manage and deploy Cisco network switches and routers
- Printer configuration and maintenance
- SQL Server management
- Manage VMWare VSphere virtualized environment
- Assist with division wide IT projects
- Purchase, configure, and deploy new computers, phones, and other devices for users
- Responsible for physical and logical security of network and systems
