New Millennium is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for receiving, analyzing, entering, and storing data for quotes & orders. They work closely with all departments, DSM’s customers & other New Millennium locations.
- Includes, but is not limited to the following:
- Work with an arrangement of Microsoft Office programs.
- Work with New Millennium’s programs OIS and JEDI.
- Maintain quote accuracy on Salesforce.
- Communicate with customers, DSMs, and other sales staff.
- Filing and organizing quotes and project files.
- Good computer skills
- Good communication skills – both written & verbal
- Strong math skills
- Working accurately & efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines
- Organized with the ability to multi-task
- Self-motivated & results driven
