Position: Business Developer (Commission & Residual Income)

Location: Within a 20-mile radius of Denver, Colorado (Remote work options available)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Developer with a strong background in facilities management to capitalize on their existing network and industry knowledge. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise and connections in a commission-based role that offers exceptional residual income potential.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Former Facilities Manager: You possess a deep understanding of the cleaning industry's needs and challenges from a client's perspective.
  • Established Network: You have a robust network of contacts within commercial properties, office buildings, and other potential client bases.
  • Industry Insight: You understand the value of quality cleaning services and can effectively communicate our value proposition to decision-makers.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: You are driven, self-motivated, and eager to build a substantial residual income stream.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your existing network to generate leads and secure new business opportunities.
  • Identify and target key decision-makers within commercial facilities.
  • Present and promote New N Spotless's comprehensive cleaning services, emphasizing our commitment to quality and client satisfaction.
  • Negotiate and close contracts, building long-term client relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Actively contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives.
