Position Details
Schedule: Five 8.5-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with primary day shifts from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM and 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, as determined by the Director or Supervisor. Weekend coverage is required 1-2 times per month, with holiday coverage as needed. *Please note that initial new hire training will be conducted during daytime hours at the assigned training location, consisting of five 8.5-hour shifts from Monday to Friday. Completion of this training is required before beginning non-traditional shifts.

- Manage the coordination of tri-county community dispatch screenings to support efficient service allocation
- Assist families in accessing CMH outpatient services by collaborating with county ACCESS departments
- Complete intake and discharge processes for YFCC, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up
- Track ICS PHP referrals, providing updates to sites and families on approval or denial status
- Maintain up-to-date records in the EMR system and manage scheduling as required
- Participate in team meetings, support a collaborative environment, and provide flexible coverage
- Maintain consistent communication with clinical and administrative staff
- Attend and participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative work environment

- Proficiency in using computers, phones, and office equipment for documentation and telehealth purposes is necessary. This includes but is not limited to Office 365 and Electronic Medical Record systems

- High school diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years of mental health experience required
- Associate or bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, psychology or related field and 1-2 years in mental health, behavioral health, or a related field highly preferred
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Proficiency in data entry and electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and customer service focus
