What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender/Server position at New Oberpfalz Brewing?
BARTENDER/SERVER
16-40 Hours Per Week
Our Tap Room is in need of another hard working, dependable, and positive person to join our Tap Room staff as a Server or Bartender.
Duties Include:
- Greeting and Seating of Guests
- Assistant Guests with Food and Beverage Orders
- Describing Menu Options
- Accurately Placing Orders into POS Unit
- Pouring and Serving Beer, Soft Drinks, and Wine
- Plating and Serving of Food
- Assuring Guest Satisfaction
- Working Well Within a Small Team in a Busy Environment
- Cleaning, Mopping, Organizing, Washing and Storing of Tableware and Other Items
- Other Duties as Needed
Qualifications:
Applicants should have a passion to provide excellent service, an outgoing personality, fundamental knowledge of beer, an appreciation for great food, the ability to work long hours on their feet, and an understanding of how (and an appreciation for) working in a team environment.
Candidates should have good work habits, a desire for stable and rewarding employment, and a desire to share their passion for what we make while providing excellent service to guests.
Candidates should have open availability to work any day(s) as needed, including nights and weekends.
Compensation:
Base Rate well above industry minimum tips.
