Position Summary
Processes purchase and refinance mortgage loans in accordance with established policies and procedures and appropriate guidelines; provides strong communication and support to underwriting, loan officers, and customers to clear stipulations needed.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
(Duties not limited to those provided here):

Assist with processing
- Payoff demands,
- Full reconveyances,
- ML & LN branch settlement balancing
- Insurance escrow disbursements
- Loan maintenance requests such as address changes, payment changes, etc.
- Pink slip follow up
- Lien releases
- Scanning files
- Monitoring collateral
- Printing daily reports
- Answering phone calls from borrowers and third parties
- Boarding all PRM loans
- Assisting in audit preparation and response
- Preparing participation certificate
- Preparing verification of mortgage
- Act as a backup for payoff and payment processing, wire transfers, UCC search and filing, and invoice processing.
- Sending all paid off loans to storage
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- College degree required
- At least 1 year of banking experience preferred
- Exhibits sound and accurate judgment with attention to detail
- Follows policies and procedures, completes administrative tasks correctly and on time
- Treats people with respect and contributes to building a positive team spirit
