Position Summary
The Treasury Management Service Specialist plays a crucial role in strengthening client relationships by delivering exceptional digital banking and treasury management services. This position supports the development and expansion of digital solutions to meet client needs, ensuring a seamless and responsive experience.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This role has no supervisory responsibilities.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
Duties included but not limited to) :
- Collaborate with digital vendors, the deposit operations team, and other departments to ensure effective delivery channels for digital banking products and services.
- Assist Relationship Managers by completing setup documentation for various Treasury Management products and services.
- Perform client system setup and training across multiple platforms and systems.
- Engage with commercial clients in a professional and responsive manner to meet their needs.
- Research and resolve complex issues related to digital banking, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of bank operations, including Business Online Banking, Remote Deposit, ACH, Debit Cards, and other related services.
- Possess a solid understanding of business practices, principles, and federal / state regulatory requirements related to banking.
- Ensure department procedures are kept up-to-date and recommend improvements where applicable.
- Follow all bank policies and procedures to maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Stay informed on emerging technologies, services, and trends in digital banking and treasury management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
