Part-Time, Non-Union, Non-Exempt Position
$16.35 per hour, 18 hours per week
Monday & Tuesday, 7am-2pm/Wednesday, 10am-2pm
BASIC FUNCTION OF MOW INVENTORY ASSISTANT:
Maintain organized inventory of MOW products. Prepare products for distribution by MOW route/client.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF MOW INVENTORY ASSISTANT:
- Accept deliveries for all department products including but not limited to: Liquids, pet food, shelf stabe meals, diaper bank, Food Truck and office supplies.
- Maintain and track organized inventory of above on a regular basis on log book or electronically, communicationg to Program Support Coordinator when inventory is low.
- Assist with ordering products from vendors as needed.
- Make supply runs to purchase or pick up products as needed.
- Complete weekly and monthly packaging of products by route/client for MOW driver pickup.
- Corrdinate weekly pet food pickup from supplier with maintenance staff.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS OF MOW INVENTORY ASSISTANT:
Education :
High School or equivalent
Experience:
None required, experience with record keeping or inventory control helpful.
Job Skills:
- Organizational skills.
- Physical strength necessary to lift/carry supplies(must be able to lift up to 30lbs).
- Legible handwriting.
- Efficient use of time.
- Communication skills.
- Must have excellent record keeping skills.
Licenses /certifications
Must have a valid CT drivers liscense.
