What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeper position at New Orleans Athletic Club?
We are looking for a thorough full time housekeeper with excellent cleanliness standards to attend all areas of our facilities. The goal is to enhance customer experience by keeping our facilities in clean and orderly condition.
The schedule will be Saturday and Sunday 8 am - 7 pm, Monday - Wednesday 4 - 10 pm.
Applicant must be able to lift 50 lbs and climb multiple flights of stairs.
Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment
- Report on any damages or security issues
- Handle reasonable guests complaints/requests and inform others when required
- Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies
- Maintain and monitor locker room
