$15,000 retention bonus-eligible position. New-hires receive $5000 bonus after completion of their 90 day evaluation period and $2500 bonus every 90 days for 1 year without a work commitment!

Newly licensed or Seasoned RN? You are eligible to work in this full-time position with the option of enhanced pay-in-lieu of benefits with Medical coverage. Pay-in-lieu of benefits base hourly pay rates from $35.00 to $50.00 determined by nursing experience and the position is eligible for shift differential and overtime pay.

The purpose of the job is to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care based on standards of care and the policies of New Orleans East Hospital. The RN/Staff Nurse delegates to professional and non-professional personnel involved in the delivery of patient care.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2 years for a flex RN position
• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program
• Basic Life Suppoer/BLS, Registered Nurse

Preferred/ Desired:

• 1 year in a related clinical area
• BSN
• Advance Cardiac Life Support
