What are the responsibilities and job description for the Site Support Assistant position at New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival?
TIME FRAME : This is a short term, seasonal position.
April 07 - May 15, 2025 (FULL TIME)
In-person interviews will be held on the morning of Saturday, February 15, 2025.
POSITION SUMMARY :
Responsible for the delivery, placement, and removal of all tables and chairs at the site, as well as daily maintenance as needed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Deliver and document all tables and chairs at various site venues and offices according to the daily distribution list from the Site Office.
- Follow procedures for documenting all vendor-related receiving and shipping activities.
- Communicate any shipping or receiving issues to the Site Administrator promptly.
- Return all shipping, receiving, delivery, and pickup paperwork to the Site Administrator daily, following procedures.
- Coordinate manpower scheduling with the Table & Chair Coordinator as needed.
