POSITION SUMMARY:
Manage all aspects of the Warehouse infield hub operation and barback duties for the wine bar at the Rhythmpourium, under the direction of the Beverage Operation Manager.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Oversee the receipt of deliveries, verify inventory, secure products, and manage inventory tracking and issuance.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transfers, ensuring security and proper documentation is submitted daily.
- Organize and maintain warehouse products to ensure efficiency and accessibility.
- Serve as a barback for the assigned bar, setting up, stocking, and maintaining supplies throughout daily operations for four bartenders.
- Assist in the cleanup and maintenance of all bar equipment and areas at the end of each shift.
- Implement and enforce all beverage operation policies and procedures.
- Provide additional support to the Beverage Operations Manager as needed.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in beverage operations or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical capability to lift 25–50 lbs, bend, push, and pull using pallet jacks or hand trucks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong managerial, organizational, analytical, and administrative skills.
- Self-motivated problem solver with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience in special events or beverage operations is a plus.
