Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lot Porter to join our team. The Lot Porter plays a crucial role in ensuring that our Marine inventory is well-maintained and organized, providing excellent service to our customers. This position requires strong communication skills and a commitment to guest services, as well as the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the boat lot, ensuring all vehicles are properly parked and displayed.
- Assist customers with parking and retrieving their boats.
- Conduct regular inspections of boats for cleanliness and condition, reporting any issues to management.
- Deliver vehicles to customers or designated areas as needed, demonstrating safe driving practices.
- Provide exceptional guest services by communicating effectively with customers and addressing their needs promptly.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
- Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is a plus.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance guest interactions.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is prefferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
