JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Provide personal care : assistance with personal care (ADL’s) such as bathing, hygeine, dressing, grooming, denture care, toileting, mobility, appointment arranging, etc.
- Provide housekeeping : assistance with housekeeping (IADL's) such as light housework, laundry, grocery / clothing shopping, prescription pickup, meal preparation, etc.
- Provide medication services and nursing services (as authorized) in the client’s home with nurse assistance and full training.
- Provide or arrange social interactions for client well-being.
- Follows the provided plan of care and service plan to ensure safe, competent care to the client.
