URGENTLY HIRING FOR HIGH CARE NEEDS CLIENT IN EAGLE POINT.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist client with daily living activities and IADL's such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, ROM exercises and body massages.
- Maintaining medical equipment, machines, and learning sterilization techniques.
- Learning and providing nursing delegated tasks such as g-tube feedings and cares, suprapubic cleaning and emptying, tracheostomy cleaning and cares not limited to suctioning tracheostomy.
- Full assist the individual with mobility challenges, ensuring their safety during transfers and movement.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for client by adhering to hygiene standards and protocols.
- Document care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions to the appropriate personnel.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Uphold resident rights by treating all individuals with dignity and respect, fostering an inclusive atmosphere.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities related to caregiving best practices.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience (2 years) in caregiving or related fields such as hospice or assisted living.
- Knowledge of medical care principles and practices
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and remaining confidentiality
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
- Ability to follow care plans accurately.
- Compassionate and genuine desire to help improve quality of life
- Pass background checks required by the state of Oregon.
- Dependability as this client is critical care.
RATE OF PAY:
- $21 per hour (experience dependent)
SCHEDULE: 30 hours
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 9am to 5pm and either Friday or Saturday 4:30pm-10:30pm. Option for additional hours as well.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION:
