KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
New Pacific Airlines Dash 8 Simulator Flight Instructor is responsible for conducting comprehensive simulator and ground training for flight crew members. The Dash 8 Simulator Flight Instructor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the standardization and professional development of flight crews, contributing to the highest levels of safety and operational excellence. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Must possess a high school diploma or GED.
- Must have previous experience in a training or instructional role (preferred).
- Must be familiar with Dash 8 aircraft systems and operations.
- Must have strong communication and coaching skills.
- Must have a strong safety awareness and the ability to adhere to Safety Management Systems (SMS).
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug test.
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English fluently.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
- Must be comfortable working in an airport environment around odors and sounds typically associated with operating aircraft.
