We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to lead our team as a Unit Manager in a Skilled Nursing Facility located in New York.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement resident care plans by scheduling and assigning nursing staff
- Create a supportive environment for residents, their families, and unit staff
- Communicate effectively with residents and staff by answering questions and addressing concerns
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering to procedures, rules, and regulations
- Protect resident confidentiality by monitoring sensitive information
- Manage documentation of resident care services by reviewing and updating records
Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience, a valid RN License, Long Term Care Experience, basic computer skills, and proficiency in SIGMA.
