JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Office Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Advanced Proficiency in Lauris, Google Suites, Trizetto and Availity;
  • Prepare, submit and track weekly medical billing;
  • Interview, hire and onboard new team members;
  • Screen and complete intake of new clients;
  • Develops informational flyers and pamphlets;
  • Prepares weekly and monthly report client's and human rights;
  • Tracks schedules of professional staff and coordinates appointments;
  • Answers phone;
  • Types correspondence and reports;
  • Performs other tasks as assigned by the Director or other professional staff;
  • Attends weekly, bi-weekly or monthly training and meetings;
  • Immediate supervisor: Executive Administrative Officer and Chief of Operations.

Minimum Qualifications: Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university of an Associates degree and two years of experience working for a human services organization; training or experience using word processing and accounting software.

Advanced Proficiency in Lauris, Google Suites, Trizetto and Availity; ability to maintain effective working relationships with professional staff, other social services providers, service purchasers, and New Pathways Youth Services clients; excellent organizational skills; ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; working knowledge of human services and the behavioral health field.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Medical office management: 1 year (Required)
