Seeking a Business Development Director for our assisted living and memory care communities in Indiana. The Business Development director will identify and cultivate relationships with potential industry partners, senior living communities, and related businesses to generate new leads. The incumbent will also expand referrals to positively impact census quickly. This role requires a proactive approach to generating new business opportunities and promoting our services.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients, partners, and business opportunities in target markets.
- Utilize various channels such as networking and community events to generate leads.
- Drive census growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with external partners, clients, and stakeholders.
- Conduct cold calls, emails, and in-person meetings to introduce our product and services and showcase their value proposition.
- Develop strong business relations to obtain new resident contracts with the goal of achieving 100 percent occupancy and a well-developed waiting pipeline at assigned communities.
- Ability to manage multiple stages of the sales prospect process while both on-site and remote.
- Self-motivator and initiator. Results and success driven.
- Able to articulate, demonstrate, and believe in the New Perspective mission, vision, and values.
- Strong closing skills.
- Detail oriented with strong Follow up and follow through that leads to positive results.
- Ability to multi-task, sometimes under great pressure.
- Know all features, advantages, and benefits of the Woodland Terrace Communities effectively administering tours and presenting our community to future residents and their families.
