This is a fantastic management position in which you’ll learn everything there is to know about managing people while helping seniors. You’ll manage and lead a large team of caregivers. Responsibilities
- Oversight and assurance of resident care delivery
- Caregiver scheduling, staffing, productivity, & engagement
- Maintains frequent and delightful communication with families residents
