New Perspective Senior Living is seeking a Care Team Manager.
This is a fantastic management position in which you’ll learn everything there is to know about managing people while helping seniors. You’ll manage and lead a large team of caregivers. Every day, you’ll have the opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of residents and employees. Responsibilities
- Oversight and assurance of resident care delivery
- Caregiver scheduling, staffing, productivity, & engagement
- Maintains frequent and delightful communication with families residents
Qualifications
- Strong passion for managing and developing other
- Associate’s degree a plus
- Ability to work in a team environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy for the challenges experienced by residents, families and team members and the problem-solving skill sets to support them.
- Strong computer skills and ability to interact with a variety of electronic devices.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing using the English language.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
