The Sales Support Specialist - Senior Living is responsible for increasing the conversion rate of resident inquiries to tours at our New Perspective senior living communities.

We are looking for a dynamic sales producer who is adept at 'making things happen’ by creating and developing trust-worthy relationships over the phone and/or digital communication, documenting details, and then advancing resident leads to multiple communities within a specific market.
This full-time position works remote and will require a flexible schedule to provide the support needed.
This position will support a defined number of communities and will report remotely to the Connection Center Supervisor.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer and respond to designated incoming phone and digital inquiries.
- Guide prospects with a positive and supportive approach to increase inquiry to tour conversions.
- Gain knowledge of prospects through a defined detailed discovery process.
- Advance current leads by outwardly building and enhancing relationships.
- Act as remote interim sales team member in absence of community Sales Director.
- Work in collaboration with multiple team members in multiple communities to schedule tours and ensure they are prepared for a successful prospect touring experience.
- Create, update, and manage prospect inquiries and lead base using CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum one year of successful use of CRM in senior living, hospitality, or related industry
- Demonstrated ability to influence others to achieve desired outcome via phone conversations
- Excellent phone skills and demonstrated success of phone sales
- Must be a good listener; ability to understand a prospect’s unspoken but implied criteria
- Demonstrated detailed organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple conversations and tasks at one time
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends and evenings
Compensation/Hours: $52,000-$55,000 (M-F 9:00-5:30pm cst)
