Teacher: Extended School Year Raven Stream
Pay: Depending on the salary placement for the 24-25 school year
(Contract)
Staff Hours: 7:30am - 11:45am
Student Hours: 8am - 11:30am
Building: Raven Stream (Grades K-5)
Weeks:
June 9th-12th
June 16th-18th
Junly 7th-10th
July 14th-17th
Qualifications required:
- Appropriate licensure for special education
- Knowledge in research-based best practices and differentiation
- Preference of having knowledge and experience working with children who have individualized education plans (IEP).
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implements individualized instruction designed to meet the educational needs of children on IEPs
- Creates a learning environment conducive to the learning needs of children with disabilities
- Encourages student success by collaborating with classroom teachers and assisting with accommodations and modifications when appropriate
- Employs a variety of instructional techniques embedding technology when appropriate
- Conducts and carries out educational assessments Maintains accurate and complete records as required by law and district procedures
