To continue fostering a high-value experience for our members, we are seeking a Member Engagement Strategist to lead engagement, build meaningful connections, and ensure every member is maximizing their Owners Club experience.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a strong leader with a commanding presence who thrives in front of an audience, can cultivate relationships at a high level, and understands the power of strategic networking. The ideal candidate is a connector, problem-solver, and natural host who can facilitate high-energy Zoom calls, engage members, and ensure the community remains dynamic, supportive, and valuable.
This role is crucial to maintaining and growing a thriving Owners Club ecosystem where members receive value, take action, and collaborate to achieve greater success.

Key Responsibilities:
Community Engagement & Member Success
- Build strong, one-on-one relationships with members to understand their goals and connect them to the right people and resources.
- Act as the primary point of contact for high-value members, ensuring they feel supported, engaged, and motivated.
- Host weekly/monthly Zoom calls with authority, facilitating discussions, Q&As, and expert guest appearances.
- Monitor and engage in community discussions across Slack, Discord, or other platforms, ensuring ongoing member interaction.
- Drive community initiatives, masterminds, and networking events to increase collaboration and business growth among members.
Facilitating Connections & Problem Solving
- Strategically match members with others who align with their goals, business needs, and investment strategies.
- Identify challenges within the community and proactively provide solutions, resources, or introductions to resolve them.
- Work closely with leadership to curate high-value content, events, and experiences tailored to members' needs.
Hosting & Leadership Presence
- Serve as the face of community engagement, leading group calls, moderating discussions, and driving conversations that add value.
- Maintain a strong, confident presence while speaking on live calls, ensuring an engaging and dynamic environment.
- Keep energy high and ensure all members feel included, heard, and inspired to take action.
Collaboration & Growth Strategy
- Work closely with the Brand Director and leadership team to continuously refine and enhance the member experience.
- Track key engagement metrics and proactively implement strategies to increase member retention and satisfaction.
- Support marketing efforts by amplifying member success stories, testimonials, and high-value community interactions.
Preferred Experience
- 5 years of experience in community engagement, member success, networking, or a leadership role involving high-touch client interactions.
- Experience in real estate, investing, or entrepreneurial communities is a plus.
- Strong public speaking and hosting skills (virtual and in-person).
- Experience facilitating networking events, mastermind calls, or strategic introductions.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems, community platforms, and engagement tracking tools.
