Position Overview :
Are you a visionary leader ready to make a significant impact on a large audience? As the Director of Social Media, you'll spearhead our social media strategy and guide a talented team to create compelling content that engages high-profile professionals in the real estate industry. Your expertise will be pivotal in expanding our reach and enhancing our brand’s presence across multiple platforms. With a focus on innovation and collaboration, you will drive our social media initiatives to new heights. Position Expectations :
- Develop and execute innovative social media strategies that align with our brands and goals. Our brands you will work on include Subto, Top Tier TC, Gator Method, and Pace Morby’s personal pages (@pacemorby)
- Oversee a team of social media managers.
- Create, edit, and manage engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with the marketing department, videographers, video editors, graphic designers, and more.
- Research current trends to keep our social media channels fresh and relevant.
- Manage the back-end of our social media platforms, optimizing processes and automations.
- Utilize Sprout Social for content scheduling and organization.
- Measure performance based on content quality, engagement metrics, and lead / sales generation.
- Ensure effective team collaboration and process management.
- Utilize paid ads to enhance social media reach and impact.
