New Realm Brewing Company is an American craft brewery started in 2016 by co-founders Carey Falcone, Bob Powers, and Mitch Steele. New Realm Brewing Co. seeks a Brewery Packaging Operator, working directly under our Head Brewer. As a brewery we are primarily brewing for packaging & distribution, although some beer is destined for our restaurant and beer garden. We are seeking someone who can remain adaptable and creative under pressure, enjoys the challenge of discerning and exceeding expectations and longs to become (or are you already) a beer expert and advocate.
Job Details
We are looking for a full-time, hourly Brewer with the opportunity for OT in our Atlanta} production facility. This position is a hands-on, all-encompassing production position. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with brewing experience, especially with automated processing equipment, to advance their career and knowledge in a rapidly growing company based on our Step Wage program to demonstrate transparency in compensation while also offering a path forward for upward mobility.

- Rack Line CIP/SIP with Wort Transfer
- Grain & Raw Material Handling
- CIP/SIP of Brewery Vessels
- COP of Parts & Brewery Equipment
- Yeast Counting/Harvest, Pitching & Health Management
- Fermentation & Process Data Tracking in our QA/QC Database
- At least 1 years of experience working in a brewery environment
- An understanding of the physical requirements a manufacturing position demands
- Strong, self-motivated work ethic
- Work/Stand 8-10 hours a day
- Ability to work on rotating set shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Safety minded
- Respect for others in a team environment
- Observe & adapt, critical thinking skills
- Time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Willingness to aid outside your “lane” for the benefit of the team
- General mechanical aptitude
- Forklift & scissor-lift experience preferred
- Brewing diploma/certificate preferred
