Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner
- Take drink orders and serve beverages
- Provide recommendations on beer selections
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the taproom
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels
- Adhere to all alcohol service regulations
- Prior experience in a customer service role
- Knowledge of craft beer and brewing process preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be at least 21 years of age
