Job Details
We are seeking a dynamic HR Technology Analyst to join our team in this role. You will be responsible for managing HR tech cases, system testing, audits and project management related to Workday HCM. Work with Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll and Compensation. Help coordinate enhancements, troubleshoot system errors and support audits while collaborating with HR, IT, Finance and vendors. Be responsible for managing new releases, but fixes and security enhancement. Handle integrations and configurations with your team. This is a long-term contract, hybrid onsite in the Milwaukee area.
Desired Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will have knowledge/expertise in the following:
- Workday HCM
- HRIS experience
- Configuration experience a plus
- Ability to write EIB s a plus
- Module experience with some of these (recruiting, benefits, payroll and compensation) experience
- Good communication skills
- Live drivable to area currently-hybrid onsite
- Must not need sponsorship
